What is included with the price of the rental?

Our rates are all inclusive of our home, the golf cart, all amenities of the community including indoor pool, outdoor pools, tennis courts, playground, etc. (the fitness center is the only amenity with an additional charge: $25.00/week), linens, accommodations taxes and cleaning. We do ask our guests to do a basic exit clean and “leave it as you found it” but the home is also professionally cleaned in between guests.

What linens are included?

All bedding and linens are provided such as sheets, comforters, pillows, blankets, hand towels & bath mats for bathrooms as well as dish cloths and towels for kitchen. Bath towels, beach towels and face cloths are not included – you will need to bring them with you.

Is an Exit Cleaning required?

Yes, as mentioned above, a basic exit cleaning is required. This includes keeping up with pet hair (if applicable), sweeping up spills, messes, etc., beds remade without sheets, linens washed, dried, folded and put away in appropriate closets, fridge cleaned/wiped out, dishes washed and put away, garbage out, etc. We ask that you “leave it as you found it” with just a light clean, and we will take care of the deep clean after check-out, as each property is professionally cleaned in between guests.

What is your minimum stay requirement?

In almost all cases, we require a 7 day stay (Saturday to Saturday), unless we have a last minute vacancy or cancellation.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows: In the event of a cancellation, (regardless of when it may take place) only the Fully Refundable Security Deposit and Pet Fee (If applicable) will be refunded unless we are able to re-rent that time period at no rental loss. If we are able to re-rent, all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $50.00 administration fee.
We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance, if there is the possibility of cancelling due to sick or elderly family members, etc. Typical cost runs at approximately 5% of the total cost of the trip.

As a pet friendly facility, what are your Pet House Rules?

We are very pet friendly with no size restrictions, and design our rental homes around our guests with dogs. We do have 2 basic pet rules that must be abided by: please, no pets up on any furniture and no dogs left unattended to run free in our home – they must be crated or contained in some way while you are out. approximately 5% of the total cost of the trip.
Dogs must be 2 years of age, be housebroken, and well behaved.

All dogs must be kept on a lease while walking and please pick up after your pet and keep them out of people’s yards. There are many common areas for walking, etc., and they can go to the back of our properties to do their business.

What are my payment options?

We accept personal check, cashier’s check, bank transfer or credit card (processing fee applies) We give guests the option of up to three installments during summer season, and two installments in the off season. Balance is due 30-45 days prior to check-in, depending upon payment structure.

What is your reservation & check in process?

If you would like to reserve a week with us, please contact us so we can set up a time to discuss rental logistics, payment options and basic check-in process. Check-in is between 3-4PM on Saturday, (depending upon the property) and check-out is 10AM the following Saturday. We strive to make the entire process hassle free, easy and enjoyable for our guests with lock box check-in.
